Need help finding your serial number?
If you did not purchase your hot tub at Arizona Hot Tub, please provide your spa serial number for quicker service. It is located in the equipment compartment where you will find your pumps and heater. Please have it available when you call or email us, as it tells us exactly what model of spa you have.
Need a new cover?
If you purchased your hot tub at Arizona Hot Tub Company/Prescott Spas, simply give us your name and we can get you a new cover. If you own a spa that falls in one of the brands listed above, please find your serial number and we can locate the appropriate cover for you. If you have a different type of spa, do not fret, we can have a custom cover made for you. Fill out this form and fax it or email it to receive a quote.
