However, there’s a difference between the higher-end models, which virtually eliminate the work associated with opening the cover, and the less expensive ones, which will still require a small bit of physical effort.
Size of Your Space: If you’re lucky enough to have an extra-large deck with plenty of space around your hot tub, you won’t need to worry about choosing a compact lifter. If you have a smaller deck area, measure the clearance around the sides and back of your spa to ensure there’s enough space for the lifter.
